The Women of Wonder Festival Promotion (the "Promotion") is regulated by these Rules and by Wooga's Promotion Rules located at: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-wooga-promotion-rules

By participating in this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to do so, that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that you will be bound by Wooga's Terms (Wooga's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules, and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as "Wooga's Terms").

1. Organizer: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245, Berlin, Germany.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry where legally permitted, worldwide. You must have unlocked the Visit a friend feature (i.e., achieved at least 27 Stars from playing Hidden Object Scenes).

3. How to Enter: The Promotion opens on 08 March, 2026, at 08:30 UTC and ends on 10 March, 2026, at 23:59 UTC ("the Promotion Period"). During the applicable Promotion Period, players enter the Promotion by gifting at least one (1) Heavenly Hydrangeas Shrub in-game plant on their island, via the Visit a Friend feature (these qualifying players will be hereafter referred to as "Entrants"). You may find this feature by selecting the boat sitting just offshore by Orchid Island's Lighthouse. This feature unlocks once you have earned 27 Stars from playing Hidden Object Scenes.

4. Prize Winning: 

The top 100 players who have gifted the most Heavenly Hydrangeas Shrubs at the end of the Promotion Period ("Winners") will win in-game prizes as detailed under Section 6 below. In case of a tie, all tied players will be deemed Winners and will each receive the Winner Prize as defined below under Section 6.
All players who have gifted at least one (1) Heavenly Hydrangeas Shrub will receive the Entry Gift as defined under Section 6 below.

5. Winner and Entrant Notification: All Entrants will be notified of their rewards (including Entry Gifts and Winner Prizes) via their in-game mailbox within seven (7) business days of the end of the Promotion Period. Such Entrants must claim the reward via the notification within 14 days. After this period, unclaimed rewards will be deemed forfeited and will not be awarded. It is your responsibility to check your in-game mailbox and claim your reward.

6. Prizes: 

All Entrants will receive the following:

• Entry Gift: One (1) She Can Fix It decoration

In addition to the Entry Gift, the Winners will receive the following:

• Winner Prize: Two (2) 4-Star Grand pack for the current Memoirs album

7. Disclaimer: You understand that all the prizes are virtual items and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for "real-world" money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from Wooga or any other party. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for reasons outside its reasonable control. 3. Teilnahme: Die Aktion selbst beginnt am 08. März 2026 um 08:30 UTC und endet am 10. März 2026 um 23:59 UTC („der Aktionszeitraum“). Während des Aktionszeitraums kannst Du an der Aktion teilnehmen, indem Du die Funktion „Besuche einen Freund“ in June’s Journey nutzt und mindestens eine (1) Himmlische Hortensie verschenkst und auf der Insel platzierst (alle sich auf diese Art qualifizierenden Spieler werden im Folgenden als „Teilnehmer“ bezeichnet). Du findest diese Funktion, indem Du das Boot auswählst, das vor der Küste beim Leuchtturm der Orchideeninsel vor Anker liegt. Die Funktion wird freigeschaltet, sobald Du 27 Sterne durch das Spielen von Wimmelbildszenen erreicht hast.

4. Preisgewinn: 

Die 100 Spieler („Gewinner“), die am Ende des Aktionszeitraums die meisten Himmlischen Hortensien verschenkt haben, gewinnen Preise im Spiel, wie in Abschnitt 6 unten beschrieben. Bei Gleichstand gelten die entsprechenden Spieler als Gewinner und erhalten jeweils alle den Gewinnerpreis, wie in Abschnitt 6 unten beschrieben.

Alle Spieler („Teilnehmer“), die mindestens eine (1) Himmlische Hortensie verschenkt haben, erhalten den Teilnahmepreis, wie in Abschnitt 6 beschrieben.

5. Gewinner- und Teilnehmerbenachrichtigung: Alle Teilnehmer und Gewinner werden innerhalb von sieben (7) Werktagen nach Ablauf des Aktionszeitraums über den Briefkasten im Spiel bezüglich ihrer Preise benachrichtigt. Alle Spieler müssen ihren Preis innerhalb von vierzehn (14) Tagen über die entsprechende Benachrichtigung abholen. Nach Ende dieser Zeitspanne gelten alle nicht in Anspruch genommenen Preise als verwirkt und werden nicht ausgehändigt. Es liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, den Briefkasten im Spiel zu überprüfen und den Preis einzusammeln.

6. Preise:

4. Ganadores: 

Los 100 primeros jugadores que hayan regalado la mayor cantidad de arbustos Hortensias divinas al final del período de promoción ("ganadores") obtendrán premios en el juego como se detalla en la sección 6 a continuación. En caso de empate, todos los jugadores que hayan empatado serán considerados ganadores y recibirán cada uno el premio de ganador, tal y como se define más adelante en la sección 6.

Todos los jugadores que hayan regalado al menos un (1) arbusto Hortensias divinas recibirán el regalo de participación tal y como se detalla más adelante en la sección 6.

5. Notificación al ganador y al participante: Todos los participantes serán notificados de sus recompensas (incluidos regalos de participación y premios de ganador) a través de su buzón dentro del juego en un plazo de siete (7) días hábiles tras finalizar el periodo de promoción. Dichos participantes deberán recoger la recompensa mediante la notificación en un plazo de 14 días. Después de este periodo, las recompensas no reclamadas se considerarán perdidas y no se entregarán. Es tu responsabilidad revisar tu buzón de correo del juego y recoger tu recompensa.

6. Premios: 

Todos los participantes recibirán lo siguiente:

Pendant la Période de promotion applicable, les joueurs et joueuses (les "détectives") peuvent participer à la Promotion en offrant au moins un (1) objet "Hortensias divins" en jeu grâce à la fonctionnalité Rendre visite à un ami (ces détectives qualifiés seront désignés ci-après comme des "Participants"). Vous pouvez trouver cette fonctionnalité en sélectionnant le bateau amarré au large du phare de l'île Orchidée. Cette fonctionnalité est déverrouillée lorsque vous atteignez 27 étoiles en jouant des scènes d'objets cachés.

4. Récompense des gagnant(e)s : 

Les 100 détectives ayant offert le plus d'exemplaires du buisson Hortensias divins à la fin de la Période de promotion (les "Gagnants") gagneront des récompenses en jeu détaillées dans la section 6 ci-dessous. En cas d'égalité, tous les détectives à égalité seront considérés comme des Gagnants et recevront chacun la Récompense des gagnants comme définie dans la section 6 ci-dessous.

Tous les détectives qui ont offert au moins un (1) exemplaire du buisson Hortensias divins recevront le Cadeau de participation comme défini dans la section 6 ci-dessous.

5. Notification des Gagnants et des Participants : Tous les Participants recevront une notification contenant leurs récompenses (y compris le Cadeau de participation et la Récompense des gagnants) dans leur boîte à lettres en jeu dans les sept (7) jours suivant la fin de la Période de promotion. Ces Participants devront récupérer la récompense via la notification dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant sa réception. Une fois ce délai passé, les récompenses non obtenues seront perdues et ne seront pas offertes. Vous avez la responsabilité de vérifier votre boîte à lettres en jeu et de récupérer votre récompense.

6. Récompenses :

4. Premiação: 

Os cem (100) jogadores que tiverem dado de presente o maior número de Arbustos Hortênsias Celestiais ao final do Prazo da Promoção (“Vencedores”) ganharão prêmios dentro do jogo, conforme detalhado na Seção 6 abaixo. Em caso de empate, todos os jogadores empatados serão considerados Vencedores e cada um receberá o Prêmio de Vencedor, conforme definido na Seção 6 abaixo.

Todos os jogadores que derem de presente pelo menos um (1) Arbusto Hortênsias Celestiais receberão o Presente de Participação, conforme detalhado na Seção 6 abaixo.

5. Notificação aos Vencedores e Participantes: Todos os Participantes serão notificados sobre suas recompensas (incluindo o Presente de Participação e os Prêmios de Vencedor) através da caixa de correio do jogo, no prazo de sete (7) dias úteis após o término do Prazo da Promoção. Os Participantes devem resgatar a recompensa por meio da notificação em até 14 dias. Após esse período, as recompensas não resgatadas serão consideradas perdidas e não serão concedidas. É sua responsabilidade verificar a caixa de correio do jogo e resgatar sua recompensa.

(Deze gekwalificeerde spelers worden hierna 'deelnemers' genoemd.) Je vindt deze functie door de boot te selecteren die voor de kust ligt bij de vuurtoren van Orchid Island. De functie wordt ontgrendeld zodra je 27 sterren hebt verdiend door zoeklocaties te spelen.

4. Prijzen winnen: 

de top 100 van spelers die aan het einde van de promotieperiode de meeste Hemelse hortensia's cadeau hebben gedaan ('winnaars'), winnen in-game prijzen zoals beschreven in paragraaf 6 hieronder. In geval van gelijkspel worden alle spelers met een gelijke stand uitgeroepen tot winnaars. Zij verdienen allemaal de winnaarsprijs zoals hieronder beschreven in paragraaf 6.

Alle spelers die minimaal één (1) Hemelse hortensia cadeau hebben gedaan, krijgen het deelnamecadeau zoals beschreven in paragraaf 6 hieronder.

5. Kennisgeving winnaars en deelnemers: alle deelnemers krijgen binnen zeven (7) werkdagen na afloop van de promotieperiode bericht over hun beloningen (waaronder deelnamecadeaus en winnaarsprijzen) via hun in-game brievenbus. Deze deelnemers moeten de beloning binnen 14 dagen ophalen via de kennisgeving. Na deze periode komen alle niet-opgehaalde beloningen te vervallen en worden niet toegekend. Het is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid om in je in-game brievenbus te kijken en je beloning op te halen.

6. Prijzen:

3. КАК ПРИНЯТЬ УЧАСТИЕ. Акция начинается в 8:30 UTC, 8 марта, и завершается в 23:59 UTC, 10 марта 2026 года (далее — «Сроки проведения Акции»). В период Сроков проведения Акции игроки могут принять участие в Акции, подарив как минимум один (1) куст «Божественные гортензии» с помощью функционала «Навестить друга» (далее по тексту игроки, удовлетворяющие данным условиям, будут именоваться «Участники»). Получить доступ к функции «Навестить друга» вы можете, нажав на лодку, расположенную возле Маяка на Острове орхидей. Функционал «Навестить друга» становится доступен после получения 27 звезд за прохождение сцен поиска предметов.

4. УСЛОВИЯ ПОБЕДЫ. 

Сто (100) игроков, раздавшие друзьям больше всего Божественных гортензий на момент истечения Сроков проведения Акции (далее «Победители»), получат игровые награды, указанные ниже в разделе 6 этих правил. В случае ничьей все игроки, набравшие равный счет, будут объявлены победителями и получат соответствующую награду, указанную в разделе 6.

Каждый игрок, подаривший хотя бы один (1) куст «Божественные гортензии», получит подарок за участие в Акции в соответствии с разделом 6.

5. Оповещение Победителей и Участников: Все Участники будут извещены о возможности получить награду (включая подарок за участие и призы для Победителей) посредством внутриигровой почты в течение семи (7) рабочих дней после истечения Сроков проведения Акции. Участники, получившие оповещение, должны будут забрать свою награду, открыв оповещение в течение 14 дней. По истечении этого периода все неполученные награды будут отозваны и не будут вручены. Ответственность за своевременную проверку игрового почтового ящика и получение награды лежит на вас.

6. ПРИЗЫ. 

Все Участники получат следующие награды:

• Подарок за участие: Одно (1) украшение «На все руки мастерица»

Победители, помимо подарка за участие, также получат следующую награду:

• Приз для Победителей: Два (2) 4-звездочных меганабора для текущего альбома Воспоминаний

7. ПРАВОВАЯ ОГОВОРКА. Вы соглашаетесь с тем, что все призы являются исключительно виртуальными и не могут быть обменены на валюту, товары или услуги в реальном мире ни Wooga, ни любой другой сторонней компанией. Замещение, выдача и передача награды другому игроку возможны только по решению Организатора Акции. Организатор оставляет за собой право отменить, приостановить или изменить условия Акции, если ее проведение в запланированном порядке невозможно по причинам, не зависящим от Организатора. Настоящие правила регулируются законодательством Германии и подлежат исключительной юрисдикции судов Берлина.

Partecipando alla Promozione, l'utente dichiara e garantisce di avere il pieno diritto e l'autorità di farlo, di accettare di rispettare tutte le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili e di essere vincolato dai Termini di Wooga (Termini di servizio di Wooga (Termini di servizio di Wooga, Avviso sulla privacy di Wooga, Regole Promozione e da eventuali termini aggiuntivi, collettivamente denominati nel presente documento "Termini di Wooga").

1. Organizzatore: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245 Berlino, Germania.

2. Partecipazione: La Promozione è aperta solo alle persone che abbiano compiuto 18 anni d'età al momento dell’iscrizione dove legalmente permesso, nel mondo. È necessario aver sbloccato la funzione (ovvero aver ottenuto almeno 27 Stelle giocando alle Scene di oggetti nascosti).

3. Come partecipare: La Promozione inizia l'8 marzo 2026 alle ore 08:30 UTC e termina il 10 marzo 2026 alle ore 23:59 UTC (il "Periodo promozionale"). Durante il Periodo promozionale, i giocatori partecipano alla Promozione regalando almeno un (1) cespuglio Ortensie divine di gioco sulle isole dei tuoi amici tramite la funzione Visita un amico (i giocatori che soddisfano questi requisiti saranno di seguito denominati "Partecipanti"). Puoi trovare tale funzione selezionando la barca che trovi ancorata davanti al Faro di Isola Orchidea. Questa funzione si sblocca una volta ottenute 27 Stelle giocando alle Scene di oggetti nascosti.

4. Vincita del premio: 

I primi 100 giocatori che hanno regalato il maggior numero di Ortensie divine al termine del Periodo promozionale ("Vincitori") riceveranno dei premi di gioco così come elencato nella Sezione 6 in basso. In caso di parità, tutti i giocatori a pari merito saranno considerati Vincitori e riceveranno ciascuno il Premio vincitore come definito di seguito nella Sezione 6.

Tutti i giocatori che hanno regalato almeno un cespuglio (1) Ortensie divine riceveranno il Regalo di partecipazione come descritto nella Sezione 6 in basso.

5. Notifica del Vincitore e del Partecipante: Tutti i Partecipanti saranno informati delle ricompense (compresi i Regali di partecipazione e i Premi per i vincitori) tramite la funzionalità della cassetta delle lettere di gioco entro sette (7) giorni lavorativi dalla fine del Periodo promozionale. Tali Partecipanti devono riscattare la ricompensa tramite la notifica entro 14 giorni. Dopo questo periodo, le ricompense non riscosse verranno annullate e non potranno più essere ottenute. È tua responsabilità controllare la tua cassetta delle lettere in gioco e riscattare la ricompensa.

6. Premi: 

Tutti i Partecipanti riceveranno quanto segue:

• Premio di partecipazione: Una (1) decorazione Lei può ripararla

Oltre al Premio di partecipazione, i Vincitori riceveranno quanto segue:

• Premio vincitore: Due (2) Gran pacchetti da 4 Stelle per l'Album dei Ricordi attuale

7. Avvertenza: Partecipando accetti che tutti i premi sono oggetti virtuali e che questi non possono essere riscattati per "valuta reale", beni o qualsiasi altro oggetto di valore monetario da Wooga o da qualsiasi terza parte. Non è permessa alcuna sostituzione, assegnazione o trasferimento del premio, tranne che da parte dell'Organizzatore. L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di annullare, sospendere o modificare la Promozione qualora non fosse possibile svolgerla come previsto per motivi che esulano dal suo ragionevole controllo. Le presenti regole sono regolate dalle leggi della Germania e saranno soggette alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali di Berlino.
