Terms and Conditions

The contest offered (the "Promotion") is regulated by these Rules and by Wooga's Promotion Rules located at: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-wooga-promotion-rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you have read Wooga's Terms (as defined herein), that you have full right and authority to do so, and that you agree to be bound by Wooga's Terms. You agree that you will fully comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and Wooga's Terms (Wooga's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules, and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as "Wooga's Terms").

1. Organizer: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245 Berlin, Germany.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry where legally permitted, worldwide. You must have unlocked the relevant events:

Block Puzzle, which unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 8, Scene 3.
Club Mysteries, which unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 3, Scene 5.
Detectives Needed, which unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 4, Scene 1.
Secrets, which unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 7, Scene 1.
Sweep the Board unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 4, Scene 5.

Event Availability Disclaimer: Certain in-game events may only be accessible to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as reaching designated progression milestones within the game (mentioned above) or being selected for participation in limited testing, staggered feature rollouts, or early access programs. Availability may vary across player accounts, regions, or platforms at the discretion of the Organizer.

3. How to Enter: The Promotion opens on 13 January 2026 at 00:01 UTC and ends on 27 January 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("the Promotion Period").

During the applicable Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by participating in the following in-game events in June's Journey ("Tropical Escape Events"):

Event 1. Tropical Escape: Detectives Needed

Dates: 13 January 2026 at 02:00 UTC to 14 January 2026 at 20:00 UTC

Event reward: Decked Out

Event 2. Tropical Escape: Block Puzzle

Dates: 14 January 2026 at 03:00 UTC to 20 January 2026 at 02:59 UTC

Event reward: Rough Seas

Event 3. Tropical Escape: Secrets

Dates: 16 January 2026 at 06:00 UTC to 21 January 2026 at 05:59 UTC

Event reward: Rodeo-Ready

Event 4. Tropical Escape: Club Mysteries

Dates: 21 January 2026 at 11:05 UTC to 27 January 2026 at 22:59 UTC

Event reward: Seabird Soirée

Event 5. Tropical Escape: Sweep the Board

Dates: 25 January 2026 at 00:00 UTC to 27 January 2026 at 23:59 UTC

Event reward: Swim School

4. Additional Reward: In addition to the usual Event Reward collected for completing the in-game event(s) or obtained through the sales, all players who collect at least three or more tropical escape-themed decorations from the Tropical Escape events will receive an additional reward ("Additional Reward") as follows:

a) Three (3) tropical escape-themed decorations collected: 3-Star pack for the Orchid Arrival album OR

b) Four (4) to five (5) tropical escape-themed decorations collected: 3-Star pack and a 4-Star pack for the Orchid Arrival album OR

c) Six (6) or more tropical escape-themed decorations collected: 5-Star pack, June’s Flashback for the Orchid Arrival album, and a 5-Star Box.

5. Claiming Reward: Each participant that is eligible to receive the reward will receive an in-game notification via the mailbox feature within seven (7) business days of the end of the Promotion Period, and must claim the reward via the notification. The notification expires after eight (8) days, and any unclaimed rewards will be deemed forfeited and will not be rewarded.

6. General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus, or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the promotion. The Organizer's decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the promotion. Any personal data shall be processed in accordance with Wooga's Privacy Notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

7. You understand that all in-game rewards, including but not limited to the Star packs, are virtual items and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for "real world" money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from Wooga or any other party. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of reward is permitted, except by the Organizer.
