Top Detective Contest Promotion

The promotion offered (the "Promotion") is regulated by these Rules and by Wooga's Promotion Rules located at: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-wooga-promotion-rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By participating in this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you have full right and authority to do so and to be bound by Wooga's Terms and that you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, and regulations, and to be bound by Wooga's Terms (Wooga's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules, and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as "Wooga's Terms").

1. Organizer: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245 Berlin, Germany ("Organizer").

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open worldwide to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry, where legally permitted. Employees of Wooga GmbH, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation and prize acceptance comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including travel availability to attend the event on 4 September, 2026, and any relevant visa requirements.

3. How to Enter

a. The Promotion begins on 6 April, 2026, at 8:00 AM UTC and ends on 18 May at 8:00 AM UTC ("Promotional Period").

b. During the Promotional Period, participants may enter the Promotion by successfully participating in all eleven (11) designated challenges by June's Journey Facebook Account (Link: https://www.facebook.com/JunesJourney), as instructed by the Organizer.

c. Challenges include:

• Courage: Email us a 30-second video showing your face and your passion.

• Instinct: Post a screenshot of your progress on our Facebook post.

• Logic: Solve the riddle in our Facebook comments.

• Precision: Post a screenshot of your score from a Hidden Object Scene.

• Communication: Comment on our post and hype up your team!

• Curiosity: Post the correct answer to our trivia question.

• Observation: Find the discrepancies between two images on our post.

• Master of Disguise: Email a photo of your 1920s detective costume, name, and superpower.

• Empathy: Write your most insightful caption to the image in the comments.

• Pattern Recognition: Identify the repeated item in our Facebook post.

• Community Spirit: Post a screenshot of your club's collaboration in Club Mysteries.

d. All eleven (11) challenges must be completed within the Promotional Period to qualify. Completion of all challenges is a mandatory entry requirement but does not guarantee winning.

e. Maximum one (1) complete entry per person. Partial, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

a. Three (3) winners will each receive a trip to Chicago, USA, to attend the June's Journey 9th Anniversary Celebration on 4 September, 2026. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is about USD 2,000 per person. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel costs, and other factors.

b. Each prize includes:

i. Round-trip economy airfare (origin, routing, and carrier determined by the Organizer);

ii. Three (3) nights of hotel accommodation (single occupancy); and

iii. A food allowance, the amount and method of provision to be determined by the Organizer.

c. No additional guests or "plus one" are included.

d. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except by the Organizer, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

5. Winner Selection

a. Winners will be selected by a judging committee consisting of members of the Wooga team based on the following skill-based criteria ("Judging Criteria") on the video submissions (Courage Challenge), photo submission (Master of Disguise Challenge), and the caption submission (Empathy Challenge):

i. Creativity and originality 40%;

ii. Interpretation of the detective theme 20%;

iii. Storytelling quality and presentation 20%; and

iv. Effort and craftsmanship 20%.

b. This Promotion is a skill-based competition and not a game of chance. The judges' decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

c. Winners will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.

6. Claiming Prizes

a. To claim the Prize, winners must respond to the notification within three (3) days and will be required to provide any additional information reasonably required to arrange the travel.

b. Winners acknowledge that filming will take place during the event in Chicago and therefore they must be willing to be filmed for video content.

c. Winners may be required, where legally permitted, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

d. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to travel or attend the event for any reason, the prize may be forfeited, and the Organizer may, at its reasonable discretion, select an alternate winner.

7. Travel Conditions

Winners are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents, and for complying with all applicable laws, health requirements, and travel restrictions. The Organizer is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, or force majeure events. If a winner is unable to travel or attend the event, no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.

8. General Conditions

a. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.

b. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules or Wooga's Terms, or acts in bad faith.

c. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if required due to fraud, technical issues, force majeure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

d. All provisions of these Rules shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

e. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

10. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by applicable law, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent to the Organizer's use of the participant's name, likeness, voice, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.

11. Participants represent and warrant that their submissions are original, do not infringe the rights of any third party, and agree to release and hold the Organizer harmless from any related claims, to the extent permitted by law.

12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree that the Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. Nothing in these Rules limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law: This Promotion and these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the participant's country of residence.
