Summer Soirée Challenge Terms and Conditions

Participate in the Summer Soirée Challenge by completing three (3) daily challenges by 4 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC and claiming the Grand Reward: the Classy Cocktails decoration, providing 800 Flowers.

The contest offered (the “Promotion”) is regulated by these Rules and by Wooga’s Promotion Rules located at: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-wooga-promotion-rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you have read Wooga’s Terms (as defined herein), that you have the full right and authority to do so, and that you agree to be bound by Wooga’s Terms. You agree that you will fully comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and Wooga’s Terms (Wooga’s Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules, and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as “Wooga’s Terms”).

• Detective Partners, which unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 2, Scene 4

Event Availability Disclaimer: Certain in-game events may only be accessible to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as reaching designated progression milestones within the game (mentioned above) or being selected for participation in limited testing or staggered feature rollouts. Availability may vary across player accounts, regions, or platforms at the discretion of the Organizer.

3. How to Enter: The Promotion opens on 2 June 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on 4 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“the Promotion Period”).

During the applicable Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by participating in the following in-game events in June’s Journey or by collecting the decoration item available in the sales (Summer Soirée Events and Sales):

4. Additional Reward: In addition to the usual Event Reward collected for completing the in-game event(s) or obtained through the sale, all players who complete all three (3) challenges will receive an additional reward: the Classy Cocktails decoration (“Additional Reward”).

5. Claiming Reward: Each participant that is eligible to receive the Additional Reward will receive an in-game notification via the mailbox feature within five (5) business days of the end of the Promotion Period, and must claim the reward via the notification. The notification expires after seven (7) days, and any unclaimed rewards will be deemed forfeited and will not be rewarded.

6. General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus, or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the promotion. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the promotion. Any personal data shall be processed in accordance with Wooga’s Privacy Notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

7. You understand that all in-game rewards, including but not limited to the decoration items, are virtual items and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for “real world” money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from Wooga or any other party. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of reward is permitted, except by the Organizer.

Disclaimer beschikbaarheid van evenement: bepaalde in-game evenementen zijn mogelijk alleen toegankelijk voor spelers die voldoen aan specifieke criteria voor deelname, zoals het bereiken van bepaalde mijlpalen in de game (hierboven genoemd) of selectie voor deelname aan beperkt toegankelijke tests of aan een geleidelijke uitrol van onderdelen. De beschikbaarheid kan verschillen per spelersaccount, regio of platform, volledig naar goeddunken van de organisator.

3. Zo kun je deelnemen: de promotie start op 2 juni 2026 om 00:00 uur UTC en eindigt op 4 juni 2026 om 23:59 uur UTC ('de promotieperiode').

Tijdens de van toepassing zijnde promotieperiode kun je meedoen aan de promotie door een van de volgende in-game evenementen in June's Journey te spelen of door het decoratie-item te verzamelen dat beschikbaar is in de sales (Zomersoiree-evenementen en sales):

4. Extra beloning: naast de gebruikelijke evenementbeloning die je ontvangt voor het voltooien van het in-game evenement(en) of die je krijgt via de sale, ontvangen alle spelers die alle drie (3) uitdagingen voltooien een extra beloning: de Chique cocktails-decoratie ('extra beloning').

5. Beloning claimen: elke deelnemer die in aanmerking komt voor de extra beloning krijgt binnen vijf (5) werkdagen na afloop van de promotieperiode een bericht in-game via de brievenbus en moet het cadeau ophalen via het bericht. Het bericht verloopt na zeven (7) dagen. Alle niet-opgehaalde beloningen komen te vervallen en worden niet toegekend.

6. Algemene voorwaarden: de organisator behoudt zich het recht voor om de promotie te annuleren, verzetten en/of aan te passen als door fraude, een virus of een ander probleem de administratie, veiligheid of de juiste uitvoering van de promotie in het geding komt. De besluiten van de organisator over alles wat met de promotie te maken heeft, zijn definitief en bindend. Alle persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met de privacykennisgeving van Wooga. Op deze voorwaarden is de Duitse wetgeving van toepassing, ongeacht de bepalingen met betrekking tot conflicterende rechten, behalve waar verplichte lokale consumentenbeschermingswetten van toepassing zijn.

7. Je begrijpt dat alle in-game beloningen, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot de decoratie-items, virtuele items zijn die niet kunnen worden verzilverd of uitgekeerd voor 'echt geld', goederen of een ander item van geldelijke waarde van Wooga of een andere partij. Het is niet toegestaan een beloning te vervangen, af te staan of over te dragen, behalve door de organisator.

4. Récompense supplémentaire : En plus des récompenses d'événement classiques reçues pour avoir terminé le(s) événement(s) en jeu ou reçues grâce aux ventes, tous les joueurs et joueuses (les "Détectives") qui auront terminé les trois (3) défis recevront une récompense supplémentaire : la décoration Cocktails classieux (la "Récompense supplémentaire").

5. Obtenir la récompense : Chaque participant(e) éligible à obtenir la Récompense supplémentaire recevra une notification en jeu grâce à la fonctionnalité de boîte à lettres dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrés suivant la fin de la Période de promotion et devra récupérer la Récompense via la notification. La notification expire après un délai de sept (7) jours ; toute récompense non récupérée sera perdue et ne pourra plus être obtenue.

6. Conditions générales : l'Organisateur se réserve le droit d'annuler, de suspendre et/ou de modifier la Promotion si une fraude, un virus ou tout autre problème corrompt la gestion, la sécurité ou l'équité de la Promotion. Les décisions de l'Organisateur sont définitives et sans appel pour toutes les questions liées à la Promotion. Toute donnée personnelle sera traitée en accord avec l' Avis de confidentialité de Wooga. 4. 5. Abholen des Hauptpreises: Alle Teilnehmer/innen, die zum Erhalt der Bonusbelohnung berechtigt sind, erhalten innerhalb von fünf (5) Werktagen nach Ende des Aktionszeitraums eine Benachrichtigung über den Briefkasten im Spiel und müssen die Belohnung über diese Benachrichtigung abholen. Die Benachrichtigung verfällt nach sieben (7) Tagen, und nicht in Anspruch genommene Preise gelten als verwirkt und werden nicht vergütet.

6. Allgemeine Bedingungen: Der Organisator behält sich das Recht vor, die Aktion zu beenden, aufzuheben, auszusetzen und/oder anzupassen, falls ein Missbrauch, Virus oder anderes Problem die Verwaltung, Sicherheit oder den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf verhindern. Die Entscheidungen des Organisators hinsichtlich aller Belange der Aktion sind endgültig und verbindlich. Alle personenbezogenen Daten werden gemäß Woogas Datenschutzhinweis verarbeitet. Du verstehst, dass alle Belohnungen im Spiel, insbesondere die Dekorationsartikel, virtuelle Gegenstände sind und nicht von Wooga oder einer anderen Partei gegen Geld, Waren oder andere Gegenstände mit Geldwert aus der „echten Welt“ eingelöst oder ausgezahlt werden können. 4. Ricompensa aggiuntiva: Oltre alla consueta Ricompensa evento riscattata completando gli eventi di gioco o ottenuta tramite la vendita, tutti i giocatori che completeranno tutte e tre (3) le sfide riceveranno una ricompensa aggiuntiva: la decorazione Cocktail di classe (“Ricompensa aggiuntiva”).

5. Riscattare le ricompense: Ogni partecipante idoneo a ricevere la Ricompensa aggiuntiva riceverà una notifica di gioco tramite la funzione della casella di posta entro cinque (5) giorni lavorativi dalla fine del Periodo della Promozione e dovrà riscattare la ricompensa tramite la notifica. La notifica scadrà dopo sette (7) giorni e le ricompense non riscosse verranno annullate e non potranno essere ottenute.

6. 5. Срок действия оповещения истекает через семь (7) дней, после чего все неполученные награды будут отозваны и не будут присуждены ни одному из участников.

6. Общие условия.
