Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Scene Stealer Challenge (the "Promotion") you represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to do so and that you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to be bound by Wooga's Terms (Wooga's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as "Wooga's Terms".

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Organizer: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245, Berlin, Germany.

2. Eligibility: Open worldwide to individuals aged 21+ where legally permitted. Void where prohibited. Employees of Wooga, its affiliates, promotion agencies, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.

Participants must have reached the selected chapter prior (e.g., Chapter 11 of June's Journey, if the most advanced scene is selected by community voting) to the Promotion. Only official versions of June's Journey (via Google Play, Apple App Store, Facebook, Amazon Store, or Wooga's website) are eligible. Use of emulators or unauthorized versions will result in disqualification.

3. How to Enter:

Starting on 18 August 2025 at 17:00 UTC, everyone can vote for the selected scene (from a list of four scenes chosen by the Organizer) by commenting on the Facebook post on our Facebook account https://www.facebook.com/JunesJourney, and/or on the Instagram post on our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/junesjourneyofficial/ with the number of the scene (e.g., Scene X), and/or on our YouTube Community account https://www.youtube.com/@JunesJourney/community by clicking on the preferred scene. The scene with the highest number of votes by 20 August 2025 at 09:00 UTC will be chosen as the selected scene for this Promotion ("Selected Scene"). The Selected Scene will be announced on the Facebook and Instagram pages on 20 August 2025 at 16:00 UTC. One vote per user per platform. Multiple votes will not be taken into account. Votes submitted across the Organizer's Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Community platforms will be aggregated, and the scene with the highest total number of valid votes across all platforms will be selected as the Selected Scene. In the event of a tie between two or more scenes, the Organizer reserves the right to select the Selected Scene at its sole discretion.

The Promotion starts on 20 August 2025 at 17:00 UTC and ends on 21 August 2025 at 17:00 UTC (the "Promotion Period"). During the applicable Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by playing the Selected Scene as many times as desired to achieve the best scores.

4. Prize Winning:

The top 100 players with the highest score achieved in the Selected Scene during the Promotion Period will win the Highest Score Prize as described in Section 6.

The top 100 players who played the most rounds of the Selected Scene during the Promotion Period will win the Most Rounds Prize as described in Section 6. A "round" is defined as each complete playthrough of the Selected Scene.

All eligible players from the country with the highest average number of Stars from Star packs collected during the Promotion Period will receive the Country Star Prize. Average number of Stars from Star Packs is calculated by dividing the total number of Stars collected from Star Packs in a country (e.g., 1-Star Pack = 1 Star, 2-Star Pack = 2 Stars, etc.) by the number of players from that country who participated during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for the Country Star Prize, the player does not necessarily need to collect a Star Pack from the Selected Scene but must complete at least one round of the Selected Scene during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion, and the Organizer's database shall serve as the exclusive and definitive authority for determining the winners.

5. Winner Notification: A global leaderboard will be displayed on the official June's Journey YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@JunesJourney/streams during the Promotion Period, where the results of the Promotion will be streamed with a 15-minute delay and updated every five minutes. The winners will be announced on 22 August 2025 in social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Community) at around 18:15 UTC.

The winners will receive a message via the mailbox feature by 29 August 2025 at 23:59 UTC. Each winner will have 30 days from the day of notification to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited.

7. Release: By participating in the Promotion, you hereby consent and agree that the Organizer may show your nickname and country in the list of players on the global leaderboard.

8. Disclaimer: Screenshots are not proof of winning status. All prizes hereunder are offered "AS IS" without warranty, either expressly or in an implied fashion. You understand that the prizes are virtual items and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for "real world" money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from Wooga or any other party. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by the Organizer.

Wooga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, if technical failures, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances impact its integrity or fair operation. The Organizer's decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, tampers with the game mechanics, or engages in any conduct that is unfair or contrary to the spirit of the Promotion. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Wooga resulting from entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta and YouTube. You hereby fully and completely release Meta and YouTube from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to this promotion.

9. Privacy. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Wooga's Privacy Notice: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-privacy-policy.

10. Governing Law. This Promotion and its terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Berlin, Germany.
