Terms and Conditions

The contest offered (the “Promotion”) is regulated by these Rules and by Wooga’s Promotion Rules located at: https://www.wooga.com/legal/en-wooga-promotion-rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

By participating in this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you have read Wooga’s Terms (as defined herein), that you have full right and authority to do so, and that you agree to be bound by Wooga’s Terms. You agree that you will fully comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and Wooga’s Terms (the Wooga’s Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Promotion Rules, and any additional terms collectively shall be referred to herein as “Wooga’s Terms”).

1. Organizer: Wooga GmbH, Stralauer Allee 16, 10245 Berlin, Germany.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry where legally permitted, worldwide. You must have unlocked the relevant events:

Sweep the Board unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 4, Scene 1.
Fairground Fortune unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 4, Scene 1.
Club Mysteries unlocks at Volume 1, Chapter 3, Scene 4.
The “Trail of Trees” Special Offer unlocks with 15 full Stars collected.

3. How to Enter: The Promotion opens on 4 June 2025 at 00:01 UTC and ends on 17 June 2025 at 07:59 UTC (“the Promotion Period”).

During the applicable Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by playing at least one of the following in-game events in June’s Journey (“Nature Trails Challenge Event”):

Sweep the Board, starting 4 June 2025 at 00:01 UTC.
Fairground Fortune, starting 7 June 2025 at 02:00 UTC.
Club Mysteries, starting 9 June 2025 at 11:05 UTC.
Trail of Trees Special Offer, starting 16 June 2025 at 08:00 UTC.

Contribution Criteria: Each event contributes to the goal of collecting 16 million “animal tracks” as follows:

Sweep the Board: One milestone reached contributes six animal tracks
Fairground Fortune: One spin contributes three animal tracks
Club Mysteries: One piece of evidence contributes 22 animal tracks
Trail of Trees Special Offer: Each tree purchased contributes a different number of animal tracks. Purchase of Parkia Biglobosa contributes 10 animal tracks, purchase of Punica Granatum contributes 30 animal tracks, and Purchase of Tabebuia Rosea contributes 50 animal tracks

4. Goal Achievement: If the goal of collecting 16 million animal tracks is met, June's Journey will pledge to support the protection of 800,000 square feet of wildlife habitat and the planting of 25,000 real trees in East Africa. Additionally, every participant that participates in at least one (1) Nature Trails Challenge Event and collects at least one (1) animal track will be rewarded with one (1) “Curious Onlooker” decoration (“Decoration Reward”). For the avoidance of doubt in relation to Club Mysteries, in order to qualify as a contributor to the animal tracks and receive at least one animal track, the participant needs to complete at least one sector in Club Mysteries and the participant’s club needs to collect at least one piece of evidence.

5. Goal Announcement: Once the goal is met, the achievement will be announced via an in-game mailbox message.

6. Continued Participation: Players can continue to participate in events and collect animal tracks to receive the Decoration Rewards even if the goal has already been met. Decorations can still be earned and placed on the island until the end of the Promotion Period.

7. Claiming Decoration Rewards: Each participant that is eligible to receive the Decoration Reward will receive an in-game notification within five (5) business days of the end of the Promotion Period, and must claim the reward via the notification. The notification expires after seven (7) days, and any unclaimed rewards will be deemed forfeited and will not be rewarded.

8. Environmental Efforts and Partnership: The Promotion supports environmental efforts in East Africa through a partnership with Dots.eco. For more information on Dots.eco and its portfolio, please visit https://dots.eco/. Wooga, in collaboration with Dots.eco, reserves the rights to select the organizations provided that the selected organizations support the environmental efforts in East Africa. Wooga is committed to partnering with reputable conservation organizations to support environmental initiatives. For clarity, Wooga shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of these organizations, including but not limited to any failure to protect wildlife habitat or plant trees as pledged, should these organizations act outside of their stated mission.

9. You understand that all in-game rewards are virtual items and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for “real world” money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from Wooga or any other party. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of reward is permitted, except by the Organizer.

What is the Nature Trails Challenge?

Starting at 12:01am UTC on June 4th, 2025, the Nature Trails Challenge is a community challenge that aims to collect 16 million “animal tracks” through challenge events. If the goal is met, June's Journey will pledge to support 800,000 ft² of wildlife habitat protection and the planting of 25,000 real trees in East Africa.

This effort is made possible by our partnership with Dots.eco, an environmental impact-as-a-service platform. Along their journey, they've enabled the planting of over 1.3 million trees and saved over 790,000 baby sea turtles, among many other impactful initiatives. How does participating in events contribute to the goal?

Each event has different contribution criteria:

Sweep the Board: one milestone reached contributes six animal tracks.
Fairground Fortune: one spin contributes three animal tracks.
Club Mysteries: one piece of evidence contributes 22 animal tracks.
“Trail of Trees” Special Offer: each tree purchased contributes a different number of animal tracks. Refer to the screen in-game to see the exact contribution.

How do I know if the goal is met?

When we meet our goal of collecting 16 million animal tracks, we will announce it via an in-game mailbox message.

Can I participate in events if the goal has already been met?

Yes, you can! If we reach our goal of 16 million animal tracks collected before you're able to take part, don’t worry. We appreciate that some players may still want to show their support for nature after the goal has been met.

You can still play events, get the decorations and place them on your island until the promotion ends.

Which areas will be protected and where will the trees be planted?

We partner with Dots.eco, an environmental impact-as-a-service platform that transforms millions of casual actions into real-life environmental impact.

They collaborate with organizations that are working in the East Africa region. The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation focuses on protecting African wild dogs, pangolins, and other animals in the area. The Uganda Conservation Foundation is dedicated to giraffe and hippo habitat protection. Trees for the Future will select locations where trees are most needed within the region.
